PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a persulfate processing apparatus capable of detecting a persulfate breakthrough.SOLUTION: A persulfate processing apparatus 1 includes: an active carbon vessel 14 for bringing water containing a persulfate and hydrogen peroxide into contact with active carbon to reduce the persulfate; an addition line 24 for adding hydrogen peroxide as a reductant to processed water discharged from the active carbon vessel 14; and a redox potential measuring unit 20 for measuring a redox potential of the processed water to which the hydrogen peroxide reductant is added.
