The unloading anastomosis in fashioned in T shape with exteriorization of the afferent loop onto the anterior abdominal wall. In three weeks after the healing of anastomosis, the electrostimulation of bowel is provided. The hypertonic enema is given every day. The fistula is obturated once a day until the abdominal pain syndrome, the non-assisted bowel evacuation, pain disappearance, the satisfactory colonic evacuation in irirgography. Then the natural passage along the bowel is restored by the resection of the distal part of T-shaped anastomosis. |
