The present invention includes: a lower display plate which includes a lower insulation substrate, a thin film transistor including a semiconductor layer, and a lower polarization plate; an upper display plate which includes an upper insulation substrate and an upper polarization plate; and a liquid crystal which is arranged between the lower polarization plate and the upper polarization plate and includes a liquid crystal molecule. The lower polarization plate is formed on a transmission region and a light shielding layer formed with a region on which a semiconductor layer is formed and includes a plurality of metal lines which are arranged with a smaller interval than the wavelength of visible light.
