PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge batteries, in a power transmission system to which a plurality of illuminating devices having built-in power transmission modules are arranged, integrated into a plurality of sensors so as to have uniform voltage.SOLUTION: Power transmission modules are connected by a PLC one another, and each of the power transmission module includes: a synchronous oscillator that is synchronous with other power transmission modules and generates a power transmission carrier wave a phase of which is changed in time; a receiver that receives charge potential information from a sensor; and an antenna that radiates the power transmission carrier wave to the sensor and receives the charge potential information of the sensor transmitted from the sensor. There is phase difference between a phase of the power transmission carrier wave generated by the synchronous oscillator of the plurality of power transmission modules except a reference power transmission module and a phase of the power transmission carrier wave generated by the synchronous oscillator of the reference power transmission module.
