PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting part structure of a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of improving an appearance quality while securing predetermined strength.SOLUTION: A cymene outer panel 16 has a second plate part 36 continuously formed from a first plate part 34 with a first ridgeline L1 intervening between them, and a third plate part 38 continuously formed from the second plate part 36 with a second ridgeline L2, which crosses at an acute angle with the first ridgeline L1, intervening between them. A cross-sectional V-shaped bead 40 constituted of a part of the first plate part 34 and a part of the third plate part 38, extends from an intersection 32X between the first ridgeline L1 and the second ridgeline L2. To the contrary, a hood outer panel 24A is arranged along the first ridgeline L1, and forms a first parting part 30A between the second plate part 36 and itself. A fender panel 26 is also arranged along the second ridgeline L2, and forms a second parting part 30B between the second plate part 36 and itself, and forms a third parting part 30C between a hood 24 and itself. |
