PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser-excited laser device that allows improving the reliability of the device.SOLUTION: A laser-excited laser device 1000 includes: a laser oscillator having a stacked structure including a substrate, a reflecting mirror stacked on the substrate, and an active layer stacked on the reflecting mirror, a shielding film 16 for shielding a part of the stacked structure from gaseous atmosphere, and an external reflecting mirror 700 disposed on the opposite side of the reflecting mirror with respect to the active layer; and an exciting semiconductor laser element 100 emitting laser light for exciting the active layer. |
