PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact resistance of a lens barrel.SOLUTION: A lens barrel comprises: a holding member that includes one of a drive cam groove and a drive cam pin which engage with each other to transmit a drive force, and holds an optical member; a drive member that includes the other of the drive cam groove and the cam pin and moves the holding member in a direction parallel with an optical axis; an impact resistance cam groove that is provided in one of the holding member and the drive member and has a cam face including a plurality of contact sections; and an impact resistance piece that is provided in the other of the holding member and the drive member, and engages with the impact resistance cam groove. The impact resistance piece has a copying face in an extension direction of the cam face at one of the plurality of contact sections, and, when the holding member is subjected to external impact, the impact resistance piece includes one contact face coming into contact with one contact section and a copying face in an extension direction of the cam face at the other of the plurality of contact sections, and when the holding member is subjected to the external impact, the impact resistance piece includes the other contact face coming into contact with the other contact section. |
