PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, a program and an information processing system which can achieve a useful monitoring camera system.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes an input unit, an attention object detection unit and a calculation unit. The input unit inputs a plurality of temporally continuous images imaged by an imaging apparatus. The attention object detection unit detects an attention target object to be an attention target from a first image which is an image at a first point of time among the plurality of input images. The calculation unit calculates a point of time of appearance of the attention object in the plurality of continuous images as a second point of time by comparing the first image with each of one or more second images which are images at a point of time before the first point of time.
