PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire holding structure for a lining member of a vehicle capable of making the liner member of the vehicle hold a wire such as a wiring harness without increasing the number of components.SOLUTION: A wire holding structure for a lining member of a vehicle includes: a plate-shaped lining member 2 mounted on a vehicle body panel as the inner wall surface of the vehicle; a cushioning material which is fixed to one surface in the lining member 2 and in which a wiring route is formed inside; and a wire 4 whose part is housed in the wiring route of the cushioning material 3.
