Apparatus and a method for transmitting a message in a delay tolerant network are disclosed. The present invention determines the transmission rating of message copies to be transferred in consideration of all of the moving speed, residual energy and directivity index of a node, and transmits message copies corresponding to a determined transmission rating. According to the present invention, by determining the transmission rating of message copies to be transferred in consideration of all of the moving speed, residual energy and directivity index of a node, it is possible to efficiently transfer a message to a reception node and enhance a message transfer probability. |
