The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for providing a conversation service. The present invention includes the following steps: (a) receiving a first message of a first user and a second message associated with the first message from a user terminal; (b) associating the first message and the second message to store the associated messages in a first database associated with the first user; (c) receiving a conversation message from the user terminal; (d) searching the first database for the second message based on the first message and the conversation message; (e) when the second message is not found in step (d), searching a second database associated with the first database for the second message based on the first message and the conversation message; and (f) when the second message is found in step (e), providing a response message on the conversation message to the user terminal. |
