The present invention relates to a warning triangle for sticking onto a vehicle comprising: a triangle body (10) formed of a flexible material; a warning lamp (20) installed n the triangle body (10) and emitted by electrical signals; a luminous band (30) attached to the triangle body (10); and a magnet (40) installed in the triangle body (10). Accordingly, the present invention can increase the functionality and usability of the warning triangle for sticking onto a vehicle.
