The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to manage a forbidden TA and control a bearer for a general call in a wireless communication UE and, more specifically, to a method and an apparatus to deactivate a bearer for a general call when UE with the general call and an emergency call moves to a service-unavailable TA. Furthermore, the present invention proposes a method and an apparatus to manage a forbidden TA and control a bearer for a general call in UE, which are capable of reducing the waste of a control message and the connection delay when reconnecting to a general call service after ending an emergency call service.
