The present invention relates to a crossing barrier and a barricade for controlling vehicles and, more specifically, to a crossing barrier combined barricade capable of being easily installed; operating as both the crossing barrier and the barricade with one operation at the same time; being easily manufactured; preventing a vehicle from being driven away; and controlling the flow of vehicles by integrating the barrier controlling the flow of the vehicles with the barricade which prevents a vehicle from being driven away by damaging the tire of the vehicle when the vehicle is driven away. The present invention includes a crossing barrier which is provided to be vertically placed on one side in order to block that the movement of a vehicle and which has a barrier bar on one side of an upper part thereof; a blocking means which is provided in the crossing barrier and which operates the barrier bar; and a barricade which is provided in a lower part of the crossing barrier, extends in the traveling direction to be transverse, and making a barricade shaft having multiple tire flattening units to be able to rotate by the blocking means. |
