The kit has a zone antenna (3a) removably positioned in a sensitive area of a monitoring space (C) i.e. periphery of a patient reception bed (L). A hygiene antenna (3b) is removably positioned in vicinity of a hygiene station (2). A threshold antenna (3c) is positioned on a threshold of a door (P) for access to the space. A radio-identification reader (4) is connected to the antennas for detecting and identifying operators (OP) from the antennas. A remote CPU (7) includes a data storage and processing unit, and is connected to the reader and a detector by a telecommunication network. An independent claim is also included for a method for auditing and traceability of a sequence of operations relating to a compliance with hygiene rules of hands by operators in a monitoring space.
