摘要 The present invention relates to a device for discerning a signal pattern of a nerve cell and a method for discerning same. The device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a cellular dislocation measuring unit that measures the dislocation of a plurality of nerve cells at pre-set time intervals; a dislocation change rate data generating unit that generates dislocation change rate data according to time sections for the nerve cells using the measured dislocation; and a discerning unit that calculates the Gini′s coefficient which is subordinate to the time for the dislocation change rate data of each nerve cell so as to discern if the dislocation change of the nerve cells according to time is balanced. Accordingly, the dislocation of a nerve cell is measured and the Gini′s coefficient is used for the same so that a change in electrical activities of the nerve cell according to time is measured. Then, a balance for signal characteristics can be discerned.
