Disclosed are a cable tray and a cable tray assembly including the same. The cable tray according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a hollow cylindrical body; a support plate which is extended from the outer circumference of the body to the outside and supports the cable; and a first wire whose one end is connected to the support plate and the other end is inputted to the hollow region of the body. The support plate is elastically deformed toward the body by pulling the first wire. The support plate is elastically restored by releasing the pulling of the first wire.
