The present invention relates to a tension support system of rope for handrails comprising: a fixing block including a through-hole formed on the inside in order for a safety rope (A) to pass through and a pressing unit for pressing the safety rope (A) passed through the through-hole; and a pressed cap for fixing the fixing block to the safety rope (A) by delivering the pressure to the pressing unit when being combined with the fixing block and including a through-hole formed on the inside in order for a safety rope (A) to pass through.
