A die ejecting apparatus can include a stage for supporting a dicing tape to which a plurality of dies are attached; an ejecting unit disposed under the stage to selectively lift upward one of the dies; a body including a driving unit for moving the ejecting unit in a vertical direction; a die ejector embedding the ejecting unit and a holder having a lower part opened for permission of insertion of an upper part of the body; a holder receiving unit disposed at a side of the stage and receiving holders embedding a plurality of ejecting units, respectively, and a holder transfer unit transferring the holders between the die ejector and the holder receiving unit in order to replace the holder with one of the holders received in the holder receiving unit. Therefore, the ejecting unit and the holder can be easily replaced, and time required therefor can be significantly reduced. |
