The present invention relates to an online movable property mortgage loan system, including an article DB for storing a previously constructed article list and evaluation information about each article; and a server. The server comprises: a member application part for performing member subscription using customer human information received from a network by being inputted from a customer terminal; a loan appraisal part which receives a loan application from a member certified customer terminal whose member application is completed, and calculates a loanable money for a loan article by extracting corresponding appraisal information by searching the article DB by the received information of the loan article in case the information of the loan article is received; and a contract part which provides the loanable money for the member certified customer terminal, and judges that a contract for the loan article comes into business in case there is a consent for the loanable money by the member certified customer terminal and an electronic signature on a contract is achieved by the member certified customer terminal. By this, the present invention can process an online task related with a movable property mortgage loan, by comprising a function of calculating a loanable money through the information of an article received from an online customer and an online contract conclusion function based on the same. |
