Disclosed is a silicon photomultiplier element for reducing optical crosstalk comprising multiple micro-pixels. The silicon photomultiplier element according to the present invention comprises multiple trench structures for electrically separating micro-pixels from each other; and a filling material for filling the inside of the trench structure to reduce crosstalk between the micro-pixels.
