The method involves cutting a sheet part (10) during which a chute (26) is cut in overall planes, where the chute is evacuated on an inclined evacuation slope (28) following the cutting process. Embossing is formed in the chute by stamping the sheet part during a deformation step, where the embossing is projected towards the evacuation slope to limit a contact surface of the chute against the evacuation slope and systematically distributed in vicinity of a peripheral side of the chute. The deformation step is performed before the cutting step.
