　The aim of this invention is to minimize drops in reception accuracy even if a downlink signal is transmitted from a plurality of transmission points to a user terminal. This wireless communication method involves a plurality of wireless base stations and a user terminal that can communicate with the plurality of wireless base stations, and comprises: a step in which each wireless base station transmits a cell-specific reference signal, a reference signal for measuring channel status, and a user-specific reference signal to the user terminal; a step in which information about the correlation between the cell-specific reference signal and the reference signal for measuring channel status, and information about the correlation between the reference signal for measuring channel status and the user-specific reference signal are transmitted; and a step in which the application of coordinated multi-point transmission is controlled on the basis of user capacity information communicated by the user terminal.
