PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element having a high light-emission efficiency.SOLUTION: In a light-emitting element having a light-emitting layer containing an organic metal complex between a pair of electrodes, product ions are detected at least in a vicinity of m/z=691 or in a vicinity of m/z=771, in such liquid chromatograph mass analysis of a positive mode that argon gas is made collide with the organic metal complex after separation by liquid chromatograph, at an energy of 30 eV or more and 100 eV or less. In a light-emitting element having a light-emitting layer containing an organic metal complex between a pair of electrodes, product ions are detected at least in the vicinity of m/z=691 or in the vicinity of m/z=771, in qualitative spectrum of cations obtained by measuring the organic metal complex by a flight-time secondary ion mass spectrometer having an irradiation amount of the primary ions of 8×10ions/cmor more and 1×10ions/cmor less, by using Bias primary ions. |
