<p>This solid electrolytic capacitor is provided with a capacitor element (1), an anode leading out structure (3), a cathode leading out structure (4), and a first anisotropic conductive layer (6). The capacitor element (1) has an anode member, a cathode member, and a dielectric member. The anode leading out structure (3) and the cathode leading out structure (4) are electrically connected to the anode member and the cathode member of the capacitor element (1), respectively. The first anisotropic conductive layer (6) contains a plurality of conductive particles (8), and is disposed between the anode leading out structure (3) and the anode member of the capacitor element (1). The anode leading out structure (3) and the anode member of the capacitor element (1) are electrically connected to each other by having the conductive particles (8) between the connecting surfaces thereof, with merely one conductive particle (8) in the direction substantially perpendicular to the connecting surfaces.</p> |
