PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel that is used in various electronic apparatuses, and allows easy recognition and reliable operation.SOLUTION: A lower substrate 4 has a plurality of light-transmissive lower conductive layers 5 formed thereon in a substantially stripe shape, and a polarizing plate 9 is provided on an undersurface of the lower substrate 4 to reduce reflection light on the undersurface of the lower substrate 4 and reduce to half reflection light on an undersurface of the polarizing plate 9 that is an interface with air. Accordingly, a translucent part 7B of a cover substrate 7 can be prevented from being seen whitish, so as to provide a touch panel that can be easily recognized and reliably operated. |
