The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire tread, and a tire manufactured by using the same. The rubber composition for a tire tread comprises 100 parts by weight of raw rubber material and 5 to 60 parts by weight of bamboo fibers of which surfaces are treated with amino benzoic acid. The rubber composition for a tire tread has an excellent grip performance in the beginning of the driving and an excellent grip maintaining performance. Therefore, the rubber composition for a tire tread can increase durability and abrasion resistance of a tire and can be advantageously used in manufacturing a tire for the high speed car racing. |
