The present invention relates to an inert gas transportation apparatus of a liquid cargo for a vessel and an operating method for the same. The inert gas transportation apparatus of a liquid cargo for a vessel includes a gas blower which is branched from an inert gas pipe for supplying inert gas to be individually arranged on multiple parallel branch pipes and which forcibly transfers the inert gas towards a liquid cargo; and a connection pipe which connects one of the branch pipes to a neighboring branch pipe in series to make an outlet of one of the gas blowers connected to an inlet of a neighboring gas blower. Therefore, the present invention reduces the generation of volatile organic compounds and improves the safety of the liquid cargo.
