PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new human adrenergicβreceptor ligand.SOLUTION: There are provided a human adrenergicβreceptor ligand comprising the following three components, and a food and a pharmaceutical containing the same, particularly a prevention and/or improvement agent for lifestyle diseases such as obesity, obesity symptoms, diabetes, hyperlipemia, hypertension, gout and the like. The three components are (A) an unsaturated fatty acid having three or more double bonds or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof, (B) an unsaturated fatty acid having one or two double bonds or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof, and (C) a saturated fatty acid or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof.
