PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for plugging an open hole, the structure of which is made simple while saving space and which is used for plugging a tap hole being the open hole.SOLUTION: The device for plugging the open hole includes: a nozzle 22 which is attached to the end of a body part 21 formed into a cylindrical shape centered on the axis O and is extended to be made eccentric from the central axis parallel to the axis O; a mud gun 2 for plugging a tap hole 102 with a mud material from the nozzle 22 connected to the tap hole 102; a nozzle rotating mechanism 5 for rotating the nozzle 22 around the central axis between such a nozzle connection position P12 that the nozzle 22 can be connected to the tap hole 102 and such a nozzle standby position P11 that the nozzle is parted from the tap hole 102; and a hole opening machine 3 having a hole opening rod 41 which is extended in parallel to the central axis while being supported by a support cover part 23 for supporting the mud gun 2, is moved forward and backward relatively to the support cover part 23 in the direction of the central axis, and is abutted on the tap hole 102 at the nozzle standby position P11 without interfering with the nozzle 22 so that the mud material M is removed and the tap hole 102 is opened. |
