CONTINUOUS COIL WINDING TECHNIQUE

A continuous coil winding technique method. The technique comprises the following steps：(A) according to the installation requirements of a flat coil, determining the position-fixing surface of the flat coil; (B) winding a neighboring flat coil that has the same winding requirements along the position determined by the position-fixing surface; (C) temporarily fixing the position of a part of the flat coil, and installing a part of the remaining part of the flat coil; (D) extracting the flat coil of which position has been temporarily fixed and installing a part thereof. The present method provides convenience to the assembly of different insulation parts and accessory material of flat coils, and winds coils by separating multi-flat coils into single flat coils, thereby making winding convenient, enabling high production efficiency, and better ensuring the product quality of transformer coils.
