<p>Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for supervising a flow. A fraction part generated during the operation by using a flow supervising algorithm is hidden in a system counter; and during the counting of the system counter, the fraction part is accumulated, and the fraction part is compensated in time. By using the present invention, a storage space of the fraction part of an intimidate variant in each queue, and the error of the fraction part is eliminated, thereby making the specific implementation accurate and free of the error, and saving the storage space.</p> |
