The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for transforming a simulation object for distributed simulation interoperability, and the apparatus provides simulation interoperability based on HLA/RTI, which is a standard for connecting simulation systems on a network and operating the networks. The apparatus for transforming a simulation object for distributed simulation interoperability according to the present invention, is interoperable with a plurality of simulations and comprises an interoperable object generation part for generating an interoperable target object in a state of being interoperable with the simulations; and an interoperable object transformation part for performing FOM to FOM transformation for attribute information or interaction information of a simulation object updated via a searched interoperable relay object and updates the received simulation object based on the transformed data when being interoperable with the simulations.
