FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. One performs preparation of the recipe components, cutting girasol and its drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying. Barley grains, oat grains, acorns and soya are fried. Girasol, barley grains, oat grains, acorns and soya (in a weight ratio of 3:6:2:5:4) are mixed. One performs the produced mixture cryogrinding in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: method allows to produce new coffee beverage of non-traditional raw materials according to a nonwaste technology. |
