PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorescent sheet capable of decreasing appearance defects in comparison with those formed by laminating a phosphorescent layer as in a prior art, and being very strong and suppressing deterioration in phosphorescence brightness to a minimum level in comparison with those formed by coating a phosphorescent layer as in a prior art.SOLUTION: A phosphorescent sheet 10 includes: a protective layer 11 on one surface of a phosphorescent layer 12 with a phosphorescent pigment dispersed thereon; and a reflective layer 13 on the other surface the phosphorescent layer 12. The matrix of the phosphorescent layer 12, the protective layer 11 and the reflective layer 13 is a transparent thermoplastic resin of an identical composition. The phosphorescent layer 11, the protective layer 12 and the reflective layer 13 are laminated by coextrusion molding.
