<p>The collar has an annular surface provided with guide vanes (12), where one end of each vane is inserted in to elongated recesses. Other ends of the guide vanes are connected with an opposite blade end surface that is provided with a parallel radial clearance. An inner ring (14) stabilizes the guide vanes. The recesses extend from a shovel plate retainer up to a rear edge of the inner ring. The recesses widens from the shovel plate retainer toward the rear edge.</p>
