<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum washing machine which prevents redeposition of dirt that is eliminated from clothing, and prevents blackening and yellowing of the clothing.SOLUTION: The drum washing machine comprises: a drum 4 which is rotatably provided in a water tank 3; a motor 9 which rotationally drives the drum 4; water supply means 10 for supplying washing water into the water tank 3; drainage means 15 for discharging the washing water in the water tank 3; and control means 18 for successively controlling each of the steps such as washing, rinsing and dewatering. The control means 18 conducts a dirt moving step of supplying water into the water tank 3 after the washing step is finished and before the washing water in the water tank 3 is discharged, and making dirt that is deposited on laundry and then washed from the laundry move to the washing water of which quantity is increased so as to be larger than that in the washing step and is diluted.</p> |
