PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test system and a test method for a mobile communication terminal device, capable of preserving communication between the mobile communication terminal and a server after a handover or inter-RAT.SOLUTION: A test system includes: a plurality of pseudo base station devices 50 for simulating a base station by transmitting and receiving signals to and from a mobile communication terminal device 70; a communication opposite device 20 for transmitting and receiving various signals to and from the mobile communication terminal device; an address resolution device 30 for executing an address resolution protocol; and a repeating device 40 having an address management table 40t so as to establish a communication path between the address resolution device and any one of the pseudo base station devices. The plurality of the pseudo base station devices can be configured not to respond to an address resolution request made with the address resolution device executing the address resolution protocol, and the address management table of the repeating device is updated by a response to an address resolution request of any one of the plurality of the pseudo base stations device.
