<p>The present invention relates to a parking lot sharing system using a smart phone and to a driving method of same, which solve the technical problem for vehicle owners who desire to park his/her vehicle in a residential permit parking lot by efficiently sharing the limited number of parking spaces by using position information-based map data received from a parking control server. To this end, one embodiment of the present invention includes: a parking control server which has parking area information for the residential permit parking lot registered thereto and which has generating parking guide information on the residential permit parking lot based on the parking area information and global positioning system (GPS) information; and a terminal apparatus of the vehicle owner which has a parking sharing application installed therein, which is connected to the parking control server via a wireless communication network by executing the parking sharing application and receiving and displaying the parking guide information, and which transmits, to the parking control server, personal information of the vehicle owner and parking area information that are selected from the displayed parking guide information by the vehicle owner who desires to park his/her vehicle in the residential permit parking lot using a one-touch scheme.</p> |
