PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite hollow container capable of improving bonding strength of a resin member and a metallic component.SOLUTION: The provided method comprises a surface treatment step of forming multiple fine depressions on the surface of a metallic component 30, a resin layer formation step of forming a thermoplastic resin layer 23 by coating a thermoplastic resin on at least a site having undergone the surface treatment step, and a joining step of welding the thermoplastic resin layer 23 and the resin component by generating heat in the butting junction J1 of the thermoplastic resin 23 and a resin member, while butting the resin-fitted metallic component formed at the resin layer formation step (lid 3) against the resin member(container 2). |
