PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start remote support by taking a call as a start point by using a user terminal comprising a call function.SOLUTION: A user terminal 150 determines electric appliances capable of being remotely supported from electric appliances owned by a call partner through an operator server 200 during a call to a communication terminal 10, and starts remote support for the determined electric appliances by taking the call as a start point. In starting the support, setting operation and appliance state browsing of another communicably connected electric appliance as well as a target electric appliance accessed by the user terminal 150 are enabled.
