The present invention relates to an integrated cochlear implant and a manufacturing method thereof. That is, one embodiment of the present invention integrally forms a sound sensing unit, a signal processing unit, and an electrode array unit on a substrate by using MEMS technology. Thereby, the integrated cochlear implant according to the embodiment of the present invention reduces the size of a product by forming one module with a single chip type and is mass-produced by an integrated process by the MEMS technology.
