A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device comprises the steps of: laminating a sacrificial layer consisted of amorphous silicon on a transparent substrate; laminating a buffer layer on the laminated sacrificial layer; manufacturing an organic electroluminescent layer on the buffer layer; and separating the sacrificial layer from the transparent substrate by irradiating laser to the rear side of the transparent substrate.
