According to the present invention, a tool cylinder which operates the working tool of a construction machine, and a tool valve for controlling the flux supplied to the tool cylinder can be independently controlled. Therefore, the tool valve can be individually controlled regardless of the load applied to the working tool, thereby preventing a hunting phenomenon wherein the opening and closing of the tool valve repeats according to the work load and stably controlling the system. |
