The present specification relates to a heath care service or system for motivating a user of the service to efficiently care health by displaying, on a screen, a self-aware reminder (or indicator) even if an application related to the health care service is non-activated. To this end, a method for providing a healthcare service through a terminal according to an embodiment includes the steps of: obtaining information related to healthcare of a user from an application related to the healthcare service from among a plurality of applications stored in a memory unit of the terminal; determining whether the healthcare of the user is managed normally on the basis of the information; and displaying, on a screen of the terminal, an indicator that indicates an instruction for the healthcare of the user if the healthcare of the user is not managed normally, wherein the indicator may be displayed on the screen of the terminal when the application related to the healthcare service is non-activated. |
