<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an all-solid lithium secondary battery, and the all-solid lithium secondary battery obtained by the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the all-solid lithium secondary battery accompanying with a heating process, includes a process preparing an electrode collector or lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte, and a heating process using either one of the electrode collector or the lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte as a support, and integrating the support and an electrode active material layer by adding stress to a surface direction of either the support or the electrode active material layer so as residual stress at an interface between the support and the electrode active material layer of an electrode body to be further alleviated in a temperature region with the temperature lower than a heating temperature than in heating without granting the stress on the surface direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
