The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device in which high and low potential voltage can be easily provided and in which the brightness ununiformity caused by a drop of electric pressure from resistance of line can be minimized. The organic light emitting display device of the present invention comprises: a pixel circuit connected to a gate line, data line and high potential voltage line; a display panel including a plurality of pixels having a light emitting cell formed between cathode electrode layers in which anode electrode connected to the pixel circuit and low potential voltage are provided; a plurality of first flexible circuit film providing high potential voltage for the high potential voltage line through a first pad unit by being in contact with the first pad unit of the display panel connected to the high potential voltage line; a plurality of first operating integrated circuits mounted on the first flexible circuit films; a plurality of second flexible circuit films providing low potential voltage for the cathode electrode layer through the second pad unit by being in contact with the second pad unit of the display panel connected to the cathode electrode layer; and a plurality of second operating integrated circuits mounted on the second flexible circuit films.
