The present invention includes a portable delivery terminal for receiving transport information including the address and the name of a client, for printing out an invoice having the transport information at a specified position based on the transport information, and for accessing the Internet or a telecommunication network to report the transport information to a transport server of a designated delivery company; and the transport server of the delivery company for checking the identification information of the portable delivery terminal, and for storing the transmitted delivery information into a database when the portable delivery terminal is connected to the Internet or the telecommunication network. The manufacturing cost for printing the delivery invoice can be lowered as volume and amount of the delivery invoice are reduced. The delivery companies, in particular, no longer need to work on computerizing all delivery information after the delivery driver has finished their delivery work and returned to the delivery company, till late at night. Therefore, both the delivery company and the delivery driver can gain profit. |
