The present invention includes: a first step of inputting information, a desirable sale price, and payment methods of an electronic coupon to be sold or exchanged as a client wanting the sale or the exchange of the electronic coupon accesses a web server; a second step of authenticating the information of the electronic coupon inputted into the web server, and registering the information of the electronic coupon on the list of electronic coupons; a third step of searching for the list of the electronic coupons to be sold, applying the purchase of the electronic coupon, and paying a purchase price as a client wanting the purchase of the electronic coupons accesses the web server; and a fourth step of paying the purchase price to a seller of the electronic coupon and transmitting the electronic coupon to a purchaser. According to the present invention, the electronic coupon can be easily changed to a different type of the electronic coupon or exchanged to money. Accordingly, the economical loss by the expiration time of the electronic coupon can be prevented, a necessary electronic coupon can be easily purchased at an economic price, and information of the location of an affiliate company of the electronic coupon close to a place where the client is located can be recognized, thereby preventing the economic loss occurring as the expiration time of the electronic coupon comes.
