The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coupling apparatus for a wiring harness chain-door of a sliding door to avoid interference with a vertical guiding path by changing the conventional fixed structure of the vertical guiding path into a structure which is rotatable with a rotation protecting part; and to improve workability by enabling workers to bolt temporarily assembled panel fixing parts after forming an insertion part to be protruded from the rear side of a panel fixing structure.
